Customer Lead, FC Superior Customer Experience. A Master of Education found her way to the IT world. Katariina has been working with Bilot Lifecycle Services for over 5 years and during that time she has been involved with many customers and internal development. Many issues in the IT field are often caused by a lack of communication and misunderstandings between people; it has nothing to do with technology. Katariina's driving forces at the moment are Service Design, User Experience and Design Thinking.
