We once made a promise that we will become more interactive in our web presence. We keep our promises. You may have already noticed that our homepage has a chat functionality bearing a small icon – a green Martian wearing an 80s Sony Walkman headset. He is green when we have someone online (otherwise grey from boredom), which is most of times. Clicking the icon you can easily enter into a dialogue and also see who you are talking to.
